Dog Safety Assessments
We provide dog safety assessments and reports for agencies and individuals, such as for pets within a foster or adoptive placement.
The Assessment
Josie will visit the pet(s) in their home environment and observe, assess and gather information around the pets temperaments, behaviour and safety as well as the dynamic between the pets and the family living with them the home set-up and more.
The assessment of one animal usually takes around 2 hours and can take longer for more pets within the home.
The Report
Josie will provide a thorough and professional report following her visit. This will include observations, management and training guidance as well as a risk assessment on the safety of the animals within the home around the family members.
